HUNNIC TRIBES, Western Turks. Uncertain. Circa 7th-8th centuries. Drachm (Bronze, 29 mm, 2.31 g). PA-PA (in Brahmi) Draped bust of the King slightly to right, wearing crown with two wings and a lion's head on top and two ribbbons hanging from the back of the crown, earrings, two pearl necklaces, holding flower in his left hand; in the upper field to right, protome of Senmurv holding bracelet in his mouth. Rev. Traces of a fire altar. Vondrovec, Type 255A. Very rare and unusually well preserved. Some minor edge cracks and with scratches on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
